a set of stations where an exercise is performed continuously for a set time. all stations, ie. a complete circuit equals one round.
the rest period between each station allows you to just enough time to 'setup' for the next exercise. nothing more
the rest period between each round is to facilitate partial recovery and hydrate. nothing more
in it's most basic form, bodyCircuit will just countdown your stations for you allowing you to focus on the goal
* you get a few seconds (a rest period) to setup and sort out your equipment; get ready
* a "short sharp whistle" signals the start of the station (so get going!)
* a "short buzz" and the timer will turn yellow: this is your pause between stations
* then it's GO! again and so on until the end of the round
* you repeat the rounds until you hear the final beep
