Core Training For SurfSki

There’s a good article over at SurfSki.info about strengthening your core particularly for surfski paddlers.

This routine also makes it a great candidate for a bodyCircuit session. Set up a couple of rounds with the seven excercises listed. Maybe throw in one or two of your own inbetween? Try each station for between 45-60 seconds; given yourself a 10-20 second breather between stations and repeat. 20 minutes is all you need to break a decent sweat.
